Motis People

Web Design

2023

Project Overview

Motis People is a staffing and recruitment agency that specializes in connecting talented individuals with the right job opportunities. When my client approached me to design their website, their main goal was to create a modern, sleek look that would reflect their professional and forward-thinking approach. As the designer of the website, I focused on delivering a user-friendly, visually appealing site that would engage visitors and make the recruitment process easier for both job seekers and employers.

The Problem

The client wanted to revamp their existing website, which was outdated and lacked a contemporary aesthetic. The previous design did not effectively showcase their services or appeal to their target audience. Additionally, the site's user experience was hindered by complex navigation and unorganized content, which made it challenging for visitors to find the information they needed.

The Solution

To address these challenges, I created a design that balanced modern aesthetics with user-centric functionality. My role in the project included:

UI/UX Design: I redesigned the website's user interface and user experience to create a clean, streamlined layout that improved navigation and made key information easily accessible.

Visual Design: I focused on creating a sleek and professional look, using a contemporary color palette and typography to enhance the overall design.

Content Organization: I restructured the website's content to improve clarity and user flow, ensuring visitors could quickly find information about job opportunities, services, and company values.

Responsive Design: I ensured the website was fully responsive, providing an optimal experience across various devices.

Major challenges included meeting the client's expectations for a modern aesthetic while maintaining usability and functionality. Additionally, organizing the website's content for clarity and ease of use required careful attention to detail and collaboration with the client.
