Project Overview
Spectrum Mobile is a major telecommunications brand offering a wide range of mobile services and devices. During my time as a UX designer at Haddad and Partners, I was tasked with designing a series of landing pages for Spectrum Mobile. My role involved staying current with the latest campaigns and creating wireframes for each campaign, along with developing the appropriate graphics to enhance user experience and engagement.
The Problem
The Spectrum Mobile website required consistent updates to align with ongoing campaigns and promotions. This presented challenges in ensuring the landing pages remained current and effective in driving conversions. The website needed to adapt to new campaigns and offers while maintaining a cohesive brand identity. Additionally, there was a need to address international campaigns and translate them effectively for different markets.
The Solution
To address these challenges, I focused on creating engaging and visually appealing landing pages that aligned with Spectrum Mobile's brand and campaign goals. My role included:
Wireframe Creation: I created wireframes for each campaign, outlining the structure and user flow of the landing pages. This ensured a seamless experience for users and supported campaign objectives.
Graphic Design: I designed graphics that complemented the campaigns and aligned with Spectrum Mobile's branding, creating a visually cohesive and appealing experience.
Adobe Experience Manager: I utilized Adobe Experience Manager to update multiple sites simultaneously, ensuring consistency across campaigns and platforms.
International Campaign Translation: I translated international campaigns to cater to different markets, considering cultural nuances and language differences.
Major issues and challenges included keeping up with the fast-paced nature of the campaigns and maintaining consistency across multiple sites and international markets. Balancing brand identity with campaign-specific designs required careful planning and attention to detail.
